محمود عراقچی، وزیر امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی ایران، در یک مصاحبه با شبکه المنار لبنان اعلام کرد: “مهمانی ایران در بیروت در چارچوب سیاست جمهوری اسلامی برای تقویت روابط با دولت جدید لبنان صورت گرفته است.”
او بیان کرد که این دیدارها موثر بوده و به توافق‌هایی جهت گسترش همکاری‌های اقتصادی و تجاری و افزایش هم‌آهنگی‌های سیاسی منجر شده‌اند، که بر اساس احترام به حاکمیت و عدم مداخله در امور داخلی هر دو کشور ایجاد شده‌اند.
وزیر امور خارجه ا黑夜 stated that they have discussed the issue of Iranian flights to Beirut with Lebanese officials, and Iran is ready to address any technical or operational concerns. “There is a genuine willingness in Lebanon to resolve this issue and restore direct flights between the two countries,” he added.
Iraqi also pointed out that Hezbollah is an independent organization that makes decisions based on the national interests of Lebanon. “The decision regarding the resistance’s weaponry is in the hands of the resistance and Lebanese forces, and Iran’s political support in no way means interference in governance decisions,” he emphasized.
Regarding Iran’s nuclear program, the foreign minister stated that Iran views uranium enrichment as a key achievement of its scientists and will never abandon it. “Enrichment is essential for meeting our medical and industrial needs, and the isotopes produced annually help treat over a million patients. Some of our scientists have sacrificed their lives to achieve this, and we will never back down,” he said.
Iraqi mentioned that Iran is reviewing the recent US proposal and will respond at the appropriate time based on national interests. “Our red lines are clear; we will not relinquish our sovereign right to the peaceful use of nuclear energy. Iran is ready for transparency and confidence-building, but without compromising its fundamental rights,” he stated.
The details of the confidential negotiations will remain confidential and will only be communicated through official channels, he assured.
Regarding the threats from the Israeli regime, Iraqi stated, “We take these threats seriously, but we are not afraid of them. Any aggression against Iran will have catastrophic consequences for the aggressors.” He emphasized, “Our defensive and deterrent capabilities are very high. Our nuclear facilities are designed to be resistant, and nuclear materials are distributed in a way that makes a decisive attack impossible.”
Iraqi concluded, “Our nuclear program is built on indigenous knowledge and cannot be destroyed by bombing. I am, by nature, a diplomat and my mission is to achieve peace. I believe that the window for diplomacy is still open, and there is a real possibility of finding a solution through negotiation.”

او از پیشنهاد اخیر آمریکا نیز بهره گرفت و گفت: “این پیشنهاد در حال بررسی است و در زمان مناسب و بر اساس منافع ملی ایران به آن پاسخ داده خواهد شد. خطوط قرمز ما واضح است و ما از حق حاکمیتی خود در استفاده صلح‌آمیز از انرژی هسته‌ای دست نمی‌کشیم.”
عراقچی بصریات مذاکرات خصوصی را نیز محرمانه خواهد نگه‌داشت و تنها از طریق کانال‌های رسمی اطلاع‌رسانی خواهد شد.
وزیر امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی ایران افزود: “ما تهدیدهای رژیم اسرائیل را جدی می‌گیریم، اما نمی‌هراسیم. هرگونه تجاوز علیه ایران، پیامدهایی ویران‌ساز برای متجاوزان خواهد داشت.”
او تاکید کرد: “تجهیزات هسته‌ای‌مان به‌گونه‌ای طراحی شده‌اند که آسیب‌پذیر نباشند و مواد هسته‌ای‌مان به شکلی توزیع شده‌اند که هرگونه حمله قاطع دشوار باشد.”
عراقچی نتیجه‌گftar: “برنامه هسته‌ای ایران بر پایه دانش بومی بنا شده و از بمباران به‌عنوان یکی از راه‌حل‌ها کناره‌گیری نخواهد کرد.”
